Dear Clients, Partners & Vendors,
First of all, we would like to let you know that you and your loved ones health and well being are in our thoughts and prayers. For certain, all of us, through out the globe are going through a difficult time as we face and fight the COVID-19 crisis. The strain of the crisis has not only affected us mentally and socially, but also economically. We also know that, together united only we can beat the virus and we, both individually and as an organisation are trying our best to contribute to fight this. As such we are strictly following the guidelines provided by the authorities as well as contributing to the community in whichever possible way we can.

Even with the extreme difficulties we are currently facing due to the number of cancellations we have received, unlike many, we are keeping all our employees on payroll. As you very well know  from our service standards, our employees are our greatest assets. Additionally, prioritising humanity and compassion above business interests, we are making sure that our employees and their families are financially secure and safe. However, to maintain the commitment, we would highly appreciate your utmost support.

On this opportunity we would also like to thank you for the love, care and support we have been receiving from you till today. Due to the uncertainty that has surrounded us all, we have amended our Bookings & Cancellations Policy too. We would like to share it with you with the light of hope that we could work together sometime soon.
Booking Terms & Conditions

  • If the client is not able to travel due to Covid 19 crisis which may include a travel ban, a travel advisory or a community spread in the country of origin, port of transit or country of destination,  client reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip 14 days prior to arrival. In such a case, client reserves the right for full refund.
  • 30% of the booking to be paid as a deposit.
  • 70% of the remaining payment to be paid 15 days prior to arrival

 

P.S : The above terms and conditions are only applicable for new bookings confirmed from June 2020 onwards. As for previous bookings confirmed for 2020 and 2021, terms and conditions and agreements are communicated and resolved directly with the booked clients

Amid all the obstacles we are facing now, we are still optimistic of what we will have tomorrow and are fully equipped to start our operations as soon as people feel safe to travel to Maldives and the Maldivian authorities are prepared to accept International arrivals. With this motive, we are right now even accepting bookings from the end of this year 2020, for 2021 and 20222. Plus we do have exclusive offers available for all our partners to support each other.

We keenly look forward to welcome you and your clients to Maldives again. But, for now please stay safe, wash your hands, keep social distancing so that you can visit Maldives later 😉
